Stainless steel flanged ball valves have good performance. At present, they are more and more widely used in large-scale pipeline projects and play an important role. Therefore, our daily maintenance of stainless steel flanged ball valves is becoming more and more important, so what is the maintenance method? Is it a scientific means of maintenance? 1. Before dismantling, depressurize the pipeline of the valve body, disconnect the power supply or air source, and dismantle the actuator first. Because before disassembly, there is still pressure and medium inside the valve body.
2. When dismantling, we should clean the dismantled parts in time, but we had better prepare spare parts and valve cover gaskets and other seals or fasteners when dismantling. For the disassembly of bolts and nuts, we should use the specified torque, otherwise it may cause damage to the valve body.
3. After completing the maintenance and assembly of the valve body, we will carry out the sealing performance test of the valve body to detect whether the valve body is damaged during the valve maintenance process.
