What should I do if the German standard flanged ball valve fails? How to repair it? Under normal circumstances, we recommend that customers contact the production and sales manufacturers to repair, rather than do it yourself. After all, if you are not an expert, it will not only be troublesome to repair, but will even worsen the more you repair.
For the failure of the German standard flanged ball valve, if it is a valve that has been used for a long time, we recommend that you buy a new one and let the manufacturer replace it. If the customer really wants to repair it yourself, you can follow the tutorial given by the German standard flanged ball valve manufacturer. To make repairs:
1. As long as the pressure before and after the ball valve is removed, the German standard flanged ball valve can be disassembled and differentiated.
2. The cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working medium (such as gas) in the German standard flanged ball valve. When the working medium is gas, gasoline (GB484-89) can be used to clean metal parts. Clean non-metallic parts with pure water or alcohol.
3. The differentiated single parts can be cleaned by dipping. Metal parts that still have undifferentiated non-metal parts can be scrubbed with a dry rotor pump with a fine and clean cloth impregnated with detergent (to prevent fibers from falling off and adhering to the parts). When cleaning, all grease, grime, glue, dust, etc. adhering to the wall must be removed.
4. Non-metal parts should be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and should not be soaked for a long time.
5. In the process of differentiation and re-installation of the ball valve, it is necessary to maintain the sealing parts, especially the non-metallic parts, such as O-rings and other parts, and special tools are best used.
6. After cleaning, it needs to be installed after the cleaning agent on the wall to be washed has evaporated (it can be wiped with a silk cloth that has not been soaked in the cleaning agent), but it should not be placed for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust.
7. New parts also need to be cleaned before installation.
8, the use of grease smooth. The grease should be compatible with the metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium of the German standard flanged ball valve. When the working medium is gas, for example, special 221 grease can be used. Apply a thin layer of lubricating grease on the surface of the seal installation groove, apply a thin layer of lubricating grease on the rubber seal, and apply a thin layer of lubricating grease on the sealing surface and the conflict surface of the valve stem.
9. During installation, metal chips, fibers, grease (regularly used outside) dust, other impurities, foreign objects, etc. should not be allowed to contaminate, adhere or stay on the surface of the parts or enter the inner cavity.
10. The bolts must be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly when the valve body is reinstalled.
