Precautions for storage, installation and use of stainless steel flanged ball valves:
1. The unused valve should be placed in a dry room, and a dust cover should be added to the inlet and outlet of the valve. The dust cover should not be lost during transportation and storage. If stored for a long time, the valve should be checked regularly to prevent corrosion.
2. Before installation, both ends of the stainless steel flanged ball valve should be cleaned and the contamination caused during transportation should be eliminated.
3. The specifications of the ball valve should be carefully checked during installation to see if it meets the technical requirements required by the platform.
4. The stainless steel flanged ball valve can be installed anywhere in the pipeline.
5. The valve must be fully opened or fully closed during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to act as a throttle valve, so as not to affect the sealing performance of the valve.
6. There should be no impurities in the working medium, otherwise the service life of the valve will be affected.
7. A rapid amount of oil mist should be added to the compressed air of the control valve, which is beneficial to the lubrication of the cylinder.
